We used Palmetto Construction & Renovations to remodel our kitchen in Spring 2021. We had a great experience with Jim and his team! They were very good with communication—not only were they responsive, but I also could trust what they told me as far as budget and timeline.

When a few hiccups happened with the project (very minor), they reached out to me, apologized when needed, and made it right.

We hired Jim Evatt of Palmetto Construction and Renovations to do a complete remodel of our master bath. The work was done with great care, attention to detail, and professionalism. He is a very good communicator: we always knew what was going to be done and when. He was very clear about the payment schedule and all of the other details of the job.
Jim’s employees were excellent. They worked hard each and every day and never took short cuts. Jim and all of his employees also have good design sense. We relied alot on their advice concerning things like tile design, grout color, light placement, placement of the plumbing fixtures in the steam shower, etc. Our finished bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and so well constructed.
